Refund policy

At ImagineYou, each item is crafted one by one—custom-made, shrine-certified, and infused with intention. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

🗓️ 14-Day Inspection Window

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please include photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your claim and respond with next steps.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is damaged upon arrival and approved for return, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
